Please let us know which area of the hospital you would like to support – if you do not specify this your donation will be paid into the General Hospital fund – and don’t forget to include your address details and why you’ve made the donation so that we can say “thank you”.

For both cheques and cash donations, you can fill in a donation form and send it to us at the address above. Please email vicky.carey@nhs.net for a form and don’t forget to tick the Gift Aid Box so that you can increase your donation by 22% – that’s £2.20 for every £10 you donate!
